Shipping
Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and packaging of your order.
Shipping Methods
I offer standard USPS option for domestic orders.
Shipping costs are free for orders more than $300.
Shipping Damage
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. I will work swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Eligibility
Returns are not accepted for original paintings. However, I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you believe a return is necessary, please reach out with your order details and reason for return. I will then offer guidance on the next steps.
Kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, I will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Refunds will be for the cost of the returned item minus any original shipping fees.
Custom Orders
Please note that custom orders, including commissioned artwork, are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of each piece. Shipping is calculated at checkout to ensure the most accurate rate for your order.
Do you ship worldwide?
At this time, I only ship within the United States.
Are your paintings ready to hang?
Most of our paintings come ready to hang unless otherwise specified in the product description. If you have any questions about the hanging process or need advice on framing, feel free to contact me.
Can I request a custom painting or commission artwork?
Absolutely! Currently, I’m accepting commission inquiries. Please share your ideas and specifications (HERE - link to custom work), and we'll be happy to discuss creating a custom piece of art tailored to your preferences.
Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases or interior design projects?
Yes, I offer discounts for interior design projects. Please contact me with details about your project or purchase requirements, and I'll be happy to provide you with a personalized quote and discount information.
Can I license your artwork for commercial use?
I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any artwork I create unless the Collector has purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork (this is in addition to purchasing the original).
The Collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission.
Please let me know if you are interested in purchasing full or partial rights to your painting. Some collectors choose to purchase my right to reproduce the artwork to ensure it will never become a print. I am totally happy to discuss that with you if you would like!
If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media I only ask for credit.
